Amazon Personalised Shopping. We’re Personalising Home Search

Think about the last time you shopped online on Amazon.

You didn’t type “wireless headphones” and get 200,000 results. You didn’t scroll through endless pages hoping something felt right. You typed in “wireless headphones” and within seconds, Amazon’s algorithm served up the exact pair you wanted, complete with reviews, “frequently bought together,” and that slightly unnerving sense that it knew you better than your best mate. That’s because Amazon does know you better than your best mate, it remembered what you like, suggested things you didn’t know you needed, and nine times out of ten it nailed it.

It’s not just Amazon that is personalising your experience, Spotify knows what you want to listen to before you do, Netflix lines up your next binge without asking, and even your local coffee app remembers your flat white order with oat milk.

Yet…buying a home in 2025 still feels like scrolling to page 18 of Amazon search results — tired eyes, endless options, and the nagging sense that the right one is buried somewhere in the noise. It’s like shopping on Amazon…if Amazon forgot who you were every single time.
