Our members  include estate agents, managing agents , letting agents , commercial agents, new homes developers, housing associations, insurance companies, mortgage advisors ,banks ,  other financial institutions & lenders , build to rent developers, building societies , conveyancers  and surveyors.

Reference to “Our Member ” is referring  to other organisations we work with in providing services , who register to use the the platform providing services  as our members on a business to business agreement. Such  “Our members”  include estate agents, managing agents , letting agents , commercial agents, new homes developers, housing associations, insurance companies, mortgage advisors ,banks ,  other financial institutions & lenders , build to rent developers, building societies , conveyancers  and surveyors.

We are not an estate agent but we provide a platform for our members  to advertise properties and or services to prospective buyers , renters and landlords(sellers).We match buyers and renters to the near ideal properties they are looking for as per the electronically submitted  enquiries.

We provide our Platform so that : 

  • Our members advertise properties and their details for prospective buyers and tenants to view on  online portal.

  • Prospective buyers and tenants submit electronic enquiry of their  ideal property they are looking for on our platform

  • Our platform uses AI to match the advertised properties to  prospective buyers and tenants  enquiries  electronically submitted.

  • Our platform provide users such as  prospective buyers and rentrers   with access to properties on the market advertised by our members

  • Our platform provide a facility for  landlords/house sellers to select Estate Agents and provide them with  contact  details and the details of their property which needs valuation.

  • Our members may provide complimentary services to prospective buyers if enquiry include such a request.

  • Our platform provide prospective buyers ,tenants  and landlords(sellers) a facility to send direct enquiries to our members.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Enquiries on our platform 

  1. If user choose to  visit our platform at  https://www.propertyseekr.co/  and fill in any form to submit any enquiry or request for service ,you may be asked to provide personal information  such as 

  • Your fullname 

  • Email address

  • Contact telephone or mobile 

  • Details of the ideal property you are interested in 

  • Reasons for buying e.g. moving home , buy to let , investor etc

  • You have property to sell or let 

  • Whether you need a mortgage or re-mortgaging

  • You have a property to sell or let and its post code

b) In providing our services to our members  we collect  personal information on property data  such as virtual tours , property images , videos , floor plans , property descriptions provided to us by our members or any third parties acting on behalf of our members. To enable our members to advertise the properties on our platform. If you have any query about your personal information on the property advertised on our platform, you are advised to please contact your respective estate agent advertising the property.

We will stop advertising a property on our platform when our members instruct us to do so, however the property data will remain on our platform as historical data which may be used to show prices trend of previously sold properties in the area.

Why do we collect your  Personal Information? 

 We have a legitimate interest to collect , store and process Personal information.        We will only collect personal  information with  explicit consent of the   prospective buyer, tenant or seller. 

How do we collect your  Personal Information?

Personal Information is voluntarily provided by you , the users ( prospective buyer , renter and seller) when you complete enquiry forms and electronically submit on our platform.

 By submitting your information electronically  on our platform , you consent to its use, as set out in this policy.

Who has access to your Personal information?

We retain access to all Personal Information that We have collected from You. However in the course of providing our services especially when you communicate with our members amongst them Estate Agents  through our platform when you complete and and electronically submit an enquiry  then Our Member will have a copy of the Personal Information that You have provided within Your enquiry and Your contact details which they will use to get in touch with You.

What do we use your Personal Information for?

We will use the information/personal data given by prospective buyer , tenant or seller for the following purposes:

 We may share your information with our members   for the fulfilment of your request or enquiry. By electronically  submitting your  information within your enquiry , you consent to its use, as set out in this policy.

a)to provide you with the information, products and services that you request/enquire from us through submission of an electronic enquiry  to us and our members on our platform. Without this information We and Our members   would not be able to execute your enquiry or request and communicate back  to you such as :.

  • Sending a notification to you about the properties matched to your electronically submitted enquiry.

  • Sending you notification about the member (Estate Agent) name and contact details  advertising the property matched to your enquiry.

  • We avail your enquiry which include your contact details   to our member advertising that property so that they can get in touch with you to  respond to your enquiry  or our partner to provide you with the requested service 

  • We avail your electronically submitted property valuation enquiry which include your contact details to our members whom you would have selected so that they can get in touch with you to discuss the provision of the requested service 

  • Sending your enquiry which  include your contact details to our member ,  for service such as booking a property viewing to our member who advertise that property so that they can contact you directly to arrange.

  • Send your enquiry for a call back  which include your contact details  to our member or partner  who is advertising the property or our partner for services 

  • We avail prospective buyer and tenant enquiries which include contact details of their  ideal property  to our members to furnish you with upcoming properties(hidden gems)

  • However our members may  directly request more further detailed information pertaining to the enquiry

  • Identify you every time you visit our website

  From time to time we may contact you with information we believe will be of interest or of benefit to you such as new or existing services, offers or newsletters provided by  us and/or Our Members, however you have a right to opt out at anytime by unsubscribing to any marketing notifications or newsletters by sending email to customer@propertyseekr.co and to our member using contact procedure prescribed in their privacy policy and terms.

(i) We retain access to all Personal Information that the We have collected from user. If in the course of provision of service to the user , if in the course of providing service  a copy of Personal Information has been passed to Our Members through our Platform  then Our Member will have a copy of the Personal Information that the user provided within  their enquiry and their contact details which Our Member will use to get in touch with user. Our Member (or any third party that acts on their behalf) will be responsible for Personal Information in their possession and that Personal Information will be subject to any privacy terms or policies that our Member and its sub contractors  has in place and the data agreements between them thereto. We are not responsible for use (or misuse) of your  Personal Information by , Our Members or any third parties acting on their behalf or of  its sub contractors. We recommend that You check the policy of Our  member  from their website, make sure that You are comfortable with the terms of such policies as their privacy policy  before continuing to do business with them or provide any Personal Information to them.

When Our Services are available via the websites of Our  Member,  Members may have access to Users Personal Information. We may also have links to Our Member  websites from Our Platform. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy policies and practices of Our Members websites, even if You access them using links from Our Platform. (iii) Property data for any property to be advertised on our platform , is provided to us   by  Our Member (or third parties that act on their behalf). Our Member or any third party that acts on their behalf will be responsible for a copy of Your  Personal Information in their possession and that Personal Information will be subject to any privacy terms or policies that the Member has in place and data agreements between Our Member and its third parties. We are not responsible for use (or misuse) of Your Personal Information by any of Our Members. If you have any query about your personal information on the property advertised on our platform, we recommend you contact your respective estate agent advertising the property.

4. Security

4.1 As required by the legal framework of UK Data Protection (UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 ,Taking into account, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Our Member shall in relation  to Your Personal Data  be responsible for the   implementation of  appropriate organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to that risk.

 Deletion or return of Users Personal Data

(ii) Upon receipt of your request or notification from  the You to delete the  data we hold about you , We shall be responsible for deleting the copy of the data We hold in accordance with Our privacy policy, We are not responsible for deleting the copy of Your  Personal  data held by Our Member(s) or its sub contractors or any third parties acting on their behalf. We recommend You to get in touch with Our Member(s) to notify them of your request for the copy of the data in their possession to be deleted. It is the responsibility of Our Member and its Sub contractors to act on your request in accordance with  their own privacy policies and data agreements.

Our Privacy Policy is subject to change, so review it frequently to make sure you still consent with it. If you decide, you no longer want to consent with our Privacy Policy, please contact us at customer@propertyseekr.co to revoke your consent and we will remove any information we hold that belongs to you that you have provided to us.
